Refund policy

Every Second Leash order is made to order, and every portrait is reviewed by me before it goes to print. That's the promise.

If something arrives damaged or defective

If your order arrives with a print defect, a damaged garment, or anything that isn't right on our end, I'll make it right with a full refund. Just send a photo of the issue to hello@secondleash.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and I'll get back to you promptly.

You don't need to return anything - I'll process your refund once I've seen the photo.

If you're unhappy with your portrait

Because every portrait is made from your photo and reviewed for quality before printing, I handle these situations individually. If something isn't right, reach out to hello@secondleash.com.au and I'll look into it personally. I want you to love what you receive.

Change of mind

Because each garment is custom-made to order with your dog's portrait, I'm not able to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on size or colour. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
